Sacred Heart Cathedral Athletics

Ted Lesher enters his 4th season as the sprints, jumps & hurdles coach for the SHC track & field team.

Ted competed in the jumps and hurdles events at the Division 1 level at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, and was a New Jersey state champion in the triple jump at the high school level.

After a decade away from track, he recently started competing at the masters level in addition to coaching at SHC. Outside of track he works full time as an enterprise sales professional and lives with his family in the Outer Sunset.
