Demario has now served for three years as a defensive coach for both varsity and freshman football at Sacred Heart Cathedral. He coaches the linebackers for the varsity team and is the freshman teams' defensive coordinator.
Coach Carter's early years of youth football lead to a lifetime passion for the sport. He is a AAA turkey day champion for Galileo High School with a record or 12-0 in 2002.
He played college football ball at the college of San Mateo and College of Marin but the highlight of his career thus far has been the championship coach he's grown to be here at SHC. Carter was on the SHC staff that one a NorCal Championship and the Division 4A California State Title in 2021.
