Sacred Heart Cathedral Athletics

Coach Woods is entering his 4th year as our head wrestling coach and his 6th overall year as part of the SHC wrestling program. Last year Woods led the Irish to a WCAL record of 4-2, the best overall league record in school history. Coach Woods also serves as the Director of Paragon Wrestling Club where he has worked since 2016, taking over as director in 2019. A graduate of University of California at Berkeley where he double majored in Global Studies and Spanish Literature.
